Excellent Total Bath Remodel
Peter and Andy contracted the complete remodel of our master bath. They had the best ideas, best price. Work started on time and worked every day (except Sundays) until the job was done. Andy took care of us and was always available by phone, even after hours if we got home and didn't like something. We had a few minor problems with subcontractors that were handled quickly and efficiently. Andy went above and beyond to make sure we had the best finish to our walls (even when we didn't know the difference- we noticed when they were fixed!), and our specialty vanity was handled with care. Most astonishing- no money was requested until after the job was done, and even then I called the office to offer payment. Thanks, Superior for a job well done. We will definitely call again in the future.

We love our basement and bathroom.
What nice people to work with. Superior Contracting finished our basement and remodeled our bathroom. They provided "superior work at a fair price" as they advertise. Pete and Andy came in with a great plan to fit our budget. Had some problems with the initial tile installation which Andy had ripped up and re-installed. What a relief it is to have a contractor that cares and will not accept anything but 100% satisfaction. These guys cut no corners and really delivered. Thanks {:< )

Definition of "Going above and beyond"
Remember when Customer Service meant GOOD service? Superior Contracting certainly does!

We purchased an older home. When we moved in, we noticed a hole from under the chimney into the garage/basement. The previous owner contracted with Superior to install new siding on the chimney 5 months prior to the sale.

I called Superior to discuss the original contracted work and see if they could repair the hole. The basement wall under the chimney was NOT part of the original contract. However, Pete felt their company should have noticed the issue and brought it to the owner's attention. Since they had missed problem, Pete said Superior would fix it for **FREE**!!! Not only did they fix it for free, but their employees did a fantastic job! They matched the ‘patch’ to the existing chimney, and now there is a seamless transition from the chimney to the foundation.

What can I say
I was facing the daunting task of having to replace my sidng, roof and a few windows. Thanks to Kudzu I located this fine contractor. From the first meeting with Ward, I was ready to get started. The products and solutions that he suggested and the way he represented his company was outstanding. So far we have completed the siding and roofing part of my house, I'm waitng until next year to do the windows. The crews were great and very efficient. Everything showed up when they said it would and they completed on time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and of course you should already know where I am getting my windows from.
