| What is your warranty? We offer a double lifetime warranty (meaning lifetime product and labor to you and the next homeowner) on siding and windows. Roofing is the manufacturer's warranty with 5 years on labor. Do you offer financing? Yes, we offer 6 and 12 months Same As Cash How long have you been in business? We have been in business since 1986 and have never had a complaint with the better business bureau. Can I get a copy of your insurance? All our reps have copies of our insurance on hand. If you would like to see one, just ask and you shall receive. Once we get everything finalized on your order, we provide you with a copy that will have your (homeowner) information on it. How long will the project take? This varies depending on the type of project. With windows it usually takes 2-3 days for complete installation, but can differ slightly depending on how many windows. Siding jobs take about a week to complete and roofs take about 1 or 2 days. |
